Our booking policy and voluntary service-correction timeframes do not exclude, restrict or modify your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy under that law. Those rights are not limited by the timeframes for our voluntary correction offer.
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancelling within 48 hours forfeits the 25% deposit. If you paid in full, 25% is retained and 75% is refunded. Earlier cancellations are refunded to the original payment method.
If a late arrival leaves insufficient time to complete your service safely or properly, the service may be reduced or cancelled. If it must be cancelled, the deposit is forfeited.
The 25% deposit is forfeited and a further 50% of the appointment value may be charged to the saved payment method, making the total no-show amount 75%. For a fully paid appointment, 75% is retained and 25% is refunded.
For a $0 appointment, no payment is taken when booking. If you do not attend, a $50 no-show fee may be charged to the saved payment method.

Within 48 hours, you may move your appointment to another available time on the same calendar day without forfeiting your deposit. Moving it to a different day is treated as a cancellation: the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required. The same appointment can be rescheduled to a different day no more than twice.
The following timeframes apply to our voluntary service-correction offer. They do not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Tell us about a service concern within five days of the original appointment, or within 48 hours for Barber Commons. An eligible revision must be booked within five days of notification and completed within ten days of the original appointment, or within three days for Barber Commons.
Cancelling or moving a revision within 24 hours, or not attending it, forfeits the revision. Revisions cover a genuine concern with the original outcome, not a change of mind or a request for a different result.
By continuing, you agree that the eligible payment method used for this booking may be saved securely by our payment provider and charged later only for an amount authorised by this policy. Future collection can be declined or require additional authentication.
Children under 13 are not permitted in the h.AIRLAB, Nile & Reed or ARC spaces, including as accompanying visitors. This requirement supports client comfort and safety around professional equipment, products and treatments.
Your time will be held for 30 minutes while you complete secure payment.
